The licensee will provide a programme service via satellite for re-broadcasting within Europe. The programme framework will consist of an adult contemporary Christian music format which will cover approximately 60-80% of total output. Spoken feature programmes will be encompassed within the music format and may include spoken news, current affairs and Christian talk programmes plus short announcements, sports and jingles.
